Questions about billing and access
Should I take monthly or until you pass?
Monthly works out cheaper for the first five months. Until you pass is the safer choice if your date is further out, if you’re returning after a previous attempt, or if you’d rather not have a renewal date in your calendar while you study.
What does “until you pass” actually mean?
Your $99 buys access with no end date on it. If you don’t pass first time, your access carries on through the 90-day wait and into your next attempt, with your history and study plan intact. To be plain: it’s an access commitment, not a guarantee of a result.
What happens when my month ends?
It renews on the same date each month until you cancel. If you cancel, the paid parts stop at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your account, your answer history and everything on the free tier stay put.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Move from monthly to the $99 plan any time from your account settings, and nothing in your progress changes. Starting free and upgrading later works the same way.
Is the free readout the full thing, or a preview?
The full thing — your result for every content area, not a headline score with the detail locked away. Free tells you where you stand; the paid plans are what you do about it.
Is this written for the exam as it is now?
Yes. The exam changed on 3 August 2026 — 122 questions, three content areas, three or four answer options. Everything here was written for that format.
How do refunds work?
Our refund policy sets out the window and how to ask. If you’re unsure before paying, the free tier is a real test — a full-length exam, your complete readout, and two lessons of the primer.
