Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [ENTITY NAME], which operates Licensed to Serve. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account. The platform is designed for people holding or working towards a social work qualification and preparing for an ASWB licensing examination. We do not offer accounts to anyone under 18 and will close any account we find belongs to a minor.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else study on your account.

Tell us at support@licensedtoserve.com as soon as you think someone else has access to your account.

Plans, payment and access

Free. The free practice exam, your weak-area readout, the strategy primer and the anxiety toolkit are available at no cost and with no time limit.

Monthly. $19 per month, charged in advance and renewing automatically on the same date until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Until you pass. $99 as a single payment. There is no renewal date and no expiry date on your access. If you do not pass, your access continues, including through the standard wait between attempts. Access ends when you tell us you have passed, or if we close your account under these terms.

Access until you pass is a commitment about how long your access lasts. It is not a guarantee of any examination result. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out when a refund is available and how to request one.

Accuracy of study content and generated explanations

We prepare the lessons, practice questions and answer explanations with care, and we write them for the examination format in effect from 3 August 2026. Even so, this is study material, not professional, legal, clinical or ethical advice, and you should not rely on it as a statement of what the law or your licensing board requires.

Machine-assisted content. Some explanatory text on this platform is produced or adapted with the help of automated systems, including artificial intelligence. Automated systems can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and can state something incorrect in confident language. We do not warrant that every explanation is free of error.

If you believe something on the platform is wrong, tell us at support@licensedtoserve.com and we will look at it. Where an explanation conflicts with the current ASWB materials or with your jurisdiction's rules, treat the official source as correct, not us.

No guarantee of examination outcome

We do not guarantee that you will pass, and nothing on this platform should be read as a prediction of your result. Your readiness score is an indicator built from your performance on our own assessments. It is not a probability of passing and it carries no weight with ASWB or any licensing board.

Whether you pass depends on factors outside our control, including how much you study, your prior knowledge and the examination itself.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, record, download in bulk, republish or resell any part of the course, the question bank or the explanations. Do not reproduce our questions in study groups, forums or other products. Do not attempt to access parts of the platform you are not entitled to, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to extract content.

You may print or save material for your own study use only.

Intellectual property

The course, questions, explanations, the teaching methods, the software and everything else on the platform belong to us or our licensors. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own examination preparation, and nothing more.

Not affiliated with ASWB

Licensed to Serve is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Association of Social Work Boards. We are an independent preparation provider. ASWB sets, administers and scores the examinations; we do not, and we have no access to live examination content. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Always check requirements, formats and dates with ASWB and with your own licensing board. Where anything on this platform differs from what they publish, theirs is correct.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular the acceptable use section. Where we close a paid account for a breach, we are not required to refund it.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not expressly set out in these terms, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any loss connected with an examination result, a licensure delay, or lost earnings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state, and you and we each agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the revised terms.
