Refund Policy

The policy

Full refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have completed less than 10% of the course. After that, all sales are final.

This applies to both the $19 monthly plan and the $99 until-you-pass plan. The free tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

What counts towards the 10%

Completion is measured from the record in your account. It includes lessons and practice segments you have opened, and any lesson exam, content area exam or mock exam you have started, whether or not you finished it.

A full-length mock exam is a substantial share of the course on its own. If you start one, you are likely to be past the threshold.

You can see your progress at any time in your account, so you can check where you stand before requesting a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@licensedtoserve.com from the address on your account within 48 hours of purchase and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

We will confirm your completion percentage and, if you qualify, process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling a monthly plan

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from your account settings, which stops any further payments. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded once the 48-hour window has passed.

The $99 plan does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Why the window is short

Paid access opens the entire course, all three mock exams and the full question bank immediately. There is no staged release and nothing is held back, so the material is available in full from the moment you pay.

We would rather you tested the product properly before spending anything. The free tier is not a teaser: a full-length practice exam in the current format, your complete weak-area readout by content area, both lessons of the strategy primer and the anxiety toolkit, at no cost and with no time limit.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
